The Senior Pastor is Co-Chair of the Nominations, Leadership and Development Ministry. They are responsible for identifying and nominating new leaders for most of the ministries of the church. They provide continuous training and development opportunities. They also provide liaisons to the ministries to insure proper functioning during the year.
